Standing out from the crowd; Its a simple philosophy. A concept that seems rare to achieve by most. Launching our first line in 2008, based out of Austin TX, 3rd ID was created, simply in order to reach that goal. Creating apparel to not only have a quality and fit that is desirable, but  also to develop designs and styles far superior to that of the masses, thus, standing out from the crowd.

Over time, 3rd ID began developing various graphic design pieces, in addition to clothing. Album artwork, flier and logo design have been the main areas of focus. With close ties to the hip-hop industry and a few flagship design projects, the 3rd ID Design branch was created in 2010. Most notably for FS Jets’ Curren$y “This Aint No Mixtape”, Taylor Gangs’ Wiz Khalifa “Kush & Orange Juice” and Curren$y & Wiz’s “How Fly” Mixtape. With highly creative concepts, crisply drawn illustrations and eye-popping colors, 3rd ID has developed a style of it’s own, desired by many in the industry and beyond.

What is “3rd ID”?

3rd ID’s name stems from co-founder, Ryan Reneau’s duty in the 3rd Infantry Division of the US Military. Ryan served in Charlie Company 3/7 Infantry from 2000-2002 in Ft. Stewart, Georgia. He participated in a six month tour in Kosovo, establishing and maintaining repoire with local police and citizens as well as running border checkpoints in various outposts. After his return, Ryan was honorably discharged before the stop-loss was put into effect for the Iraq War.

Although not directly affiliated with the 3rd Infantry Division of the United States Military, 3rd ID Clothing & Design Co. proudly stands behind Ryan, our entire military system and most importantly, all of the veterans who have dedicated their, and their family’s lives to our country and everything it stands for. We are forever in debt to them.

3rd ID Clothing & Design Co. is currently in the process of setting auto-donations coming from each sale on the website that will go directly to the 3rd Infantry Division’s Fallen Soldier’s Fund. We will also be releasing some regular military-inspired apparel items that will be sold with ALL proceeds benefiting these great US Military organizations.
